About the Role
This role is responsible for building the sales function from the ground up, identifying new business opportunities, closing enterprise deals, and establishing long-term customer relationships in a rapidly scaling environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close

- Track and report on key sales metrics and forecasts
- Onboard and mentor future sales hires as the team scales
- Maintain CRM accuracy and sales data hygiene
- Adapt messaging for different verticals and use cases
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams
- Respond to RFPs and procurement processes
- Manage executive-level stakeholder communications
- Identify partnership opportunities to expand market reach

- Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer insights
- Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
- Escalate technical or service issues to internal teams
- Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
