About the Role

This role is responsible for building the sales function from the ground up, identifying new business opportunities, closing enterprise deals, and establishing long-term customer relationships in a rapidly scaling environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new regions
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing and product positioning
  • Identify customer feedback to inform product development
  • Create scalable sales processes and documentation
  • Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewal pipelines
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound and inbound tactics
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and forecasts
  • Onboard and mentor future sales hires as the team scales
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and sales data hygiene
  • Adapt messaging for different verticals and use cases
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer success teams
  • Respond to RFPs and procurement processes
  • Manage executive-level stakeholder communications
  • Identify partnership opportunities to expand market reach
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer insights
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements
  • Escalate technical or service issues to internal teams
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
  • Drive customer advocacy and referral programs
  • Support branding initiatives with real-world customer stories
