CrackenAGI is hiring a Founding Account Executive to sell enterprise-grade cybersecurity software to BFSI customers from first contact through renewal. You will partner directly with the CEO to shape the company's go-to-market strategy, secure lighthouse logos, and drive growth to 10x ARR within 12 months.
What You'll Do
- Own BFSI sales, leading the entire go-to-market strategy from pinpointing buyers to closing deals.
- Craft and deliver tailored pitches, business cases, and POVs to CISOs, CIOs, and enterprise security teams.
- Build and scale pipeline through targeted outreach, strategic channel partnerships, and inbound lead management.
- Convert pilots into multi-year contracts.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring seamless onboarding and high customer satisfaction.
- Serve as each customer’s executive champion, cultivating C-suite trust, boosting usage, and spotting growth angles.
- Navigate procurement and risk management hurdles in large organizations.
- Work directly with the CEO and other founding members to help build out the team.
- Recruit and guide a high-performing team as the company grows.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions to large financial institutions.
- Ability to speak the language of CISOs and CIOs.
Nice to Have
- Background in a high-growth startup that scaled from around $1M to $20M+ ARR.
- Technical background in cybersecurity or a related domain.
- Strategic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to establish new sales frameworks from the ground up and close deals.

Work Mode
This position is on-site and located in Silicon Valley.
