Scale Army is hiring the first Founding Account Executive to drive our growth. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base by owning the full sales cycle and focusing on high-level customers.
What You'll Do
- Identify, engage, and convert high-value target accounts using cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound tactics.
- Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to close, managing and prioritizing deals.
- Build trust with decision-makers by positioning our platform as a strategic solution to their business challenges.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs, providing feedback to the product team.
- Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to develop sales strategies, optimize messaging, and shape the sales process.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS outbound sales experience.
- Proven track record of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a high-velocity sales environment.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Proactive and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Comfortable with rejection, persistent with follow-ups, and disciplined in managing the sales pipeline.
- Skilled in using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Nice to Have
- Experience in PRM, CRM, or enterprise software.
- Experience selling to partnerships/channel sales teams, or sales leadership.
