Wavess is looking for a Founder's Associate: Marketing & Sales (Internship). In this role, you will work directly with the founder, gaining exposure to startup decision-making and growth strategy for a company focused on streamlining marketing and enhancing content creation for businesses. This is an unpaid internship designed as a crash course in building and scaling a startup.
What You'll Do
- Assist with writing and scheduling social media posts, primarily on LinkedIn
- Research market trends and competitors
- Help draft landing page copy and newsletter content
- Support content planning and execution
- Research potential customers or partners
- Assist with outreach via LinkedIn and email, manage follow-ups, and take meeting notes
- Organize CRM entries and prospect lists
- Join customer interviews and summarize key insights
What We're Looking For
- You are a master's student or recent graduate in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- You have solid written communication skills
- You have a demonstrated willingness to figure things out independently
Nice to Have
- Curiosity about startups, brand building, or B2B sales
- Comfort working independently and owning small projects
- An eagerness to learn through doing rather than reading theory
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the founder as part of a small, early-stage team of 1-10 employees. This is a hands-on role with significant exposure to all aspects of the business.
