Responsibilities
- Act as the 'connective tissue' within the leadership team.
- Supervise and mentor Chiara (Internship), ensuring her workstreams align with the Executive Office's priorities.
- Own 'Stealth Projects' that don't have a home yet—ranging from AI integration audits to high-level commercial strategy.
- Shadow the CEO to internalize how Nuitée wins.
- Move from observing sales strategy to proposing your own, eventually owning your P&L or product line.
- Manage the hiring pipeline for the Executive Office.
Requirements
- Early career with a foundation in a top-tier Law Cabinet or Management Consulting firm.
- You understand the 'City' pace and have an uncompromising bar for quality.
- You’ve spent time in Venture Capital, Private Equity, or an AI/Tech Startup.
- You understand the 'Founder Associate' model (think Nasser Chowdhury style autonomy).
- You are a 'fresh' MBA graduate or junior professional who is technically curious.
- You are autonomous. You don't wait for a brief; you identify a gap and fill it.
