cargo.one is hiring a Founder's Associate to join the CEO Office. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our founders and senior leaders on the projects that define the company's future. You’ll gain a front-row seat to scaling a VC-backed SaaS marketplace while tackling diverse, high-priority challenges.
What You'll Do
- Work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives, from investor or key client materials to new business bets.
- Scope and deliver projects across functions, from product and sales to people and finance.
- Design and improve operating processes and systems that help the company scale globally.
- Identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making through data analysis, research, and crisp storytelling.
- Build relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Jump into whatever challenge is most pressing — no two weeks will look the same.
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment like consulting, VC, a start-up, or banking.
- A track record of being a top performer in several areas with a reputation for getting things done to a high standard.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel and data-driven decision making.
- A bias for action—you take ownership and make things happen even in ambiguous situations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex topics into simple narratives.
- Curiosity and adaptability; you thrive on learning fast and switching contexts.
- Low ego, high output—motivated by impact, not optics.
Team & Environment
You’ll join the CEO Office within a team of 110 Cargonauts of 40 nationalities, reporting directly to the founders and senior leaders. The culture is positive, dynamic, hard-working, and feedback-heavy, with a strong dose of playfulness.
Work Mode
This is a global role. You can work from (almost) anywhere within 2 hours of CET.
