cargo.one is hiring a Founder's Associate to join the CEO Office. In this role, you’ll work side by side with our founders and senior leaders on the projects that define the company's future. You’ll gain a front-row seat to scaling a VC-backed SaaS marketplace while tackling diverse, high-priority challenges.

What You'll Do

Work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-priority initiatives, from investor or key client materials to new business bets.
Scope and deliver projects across functions, from product and sales to people and finance.
Design and improve operating processes and systems that help the company scale globally.
Identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making through data analysis, research, and crisp storytelling.
Build relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Jump into whatever challenge is most pressing — no two weeks will look the same.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment like consulting, VC, a start-up, or banking.
A track record of being a top performer in several areas with a reputation for getting things done to a high standard.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with Excel and data-driven decision making.
A bias for action—you take ownership and make things happen even in ambiguous situations.
Strong communication and presentation skills, able to distill complex topics into simple narratives.
Curiosity and adaptability; you thrive on learning fast and switching contexts.
Low ego, high output—motivated by impact, not optics.

Team & Environment

You’ll join the CEO Office within a team of 110 Cargonauts of 40 nationalities, reporting directly to the founders and senior leaders. The culture is positive, dynamic, hard-working, and feedback-heavy, with a strong dose of playfulness.
