Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business prospects to expand client engagement
- Work on-site with clients to understand operational challenges, analyze workflows, and pinpoint high-impact AI and automation opportunities
- Build AI agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or equivalent, incorporating tool integration, memory systems, and multi-agent coordination
- Create intelligent workflows that connect with existing client infrastructure such as CRMs, ERPs, cloud services, and communication platforms
- Develop automated systems for document handling, data extraction, reporting, customer interactions, and internal processes
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, from initial scoping and system design to development, testing, transfer, and basic documentation
- Train client teams to manage and enhance AI solutions after deployment
- Act as a technical consultant, clearly communicating advanced AI functionalities in terms of tangible business outcomes for non-technical audiences
- Support internal growth by developing reusable code modules, implementation guides, and standardized delivery processes
- Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence and suggest innovative tools, services, and offerings to maintain competitive advantage
- Enhance the organization's overall understanding of AI technologies across teams
Compensation
$120,000 - $150,000 per year
