Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to identify operational challenges and define software requirements
- Deploy and configure platform solutions in real-world environments
- Customize software behavior to align with client workflows and objectives
- Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and post-deployment
- Translate client feedback into actionable engineering improvements
- Work alongside product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development
- Support integration of platform tools with existing client systems
- Develop scripts and automation tools to streamline deployment processes
- Provide technical training and documentation to client teams
- Ensure data integrity and model accuracy during system configuration
- Adapt quickly to evolving project scopes and client priorities
- Maintain clear communication across distributed teams and time zones
- Participate in agile development cycles and sprint planning
- Conduct testing and validation to confirm solution effectiveness
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Assist in defining success metrics for deployed solutions
- Coordinate with security teams to meet compliance standards
- Support incident response and escalation procedures when needed
- Gather and analyze usage data to inform product decisions
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews and knowledge sharing
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative discipline
