What You'll Do
Lead clients from initial setup through long-term platform adoption, ensuring they achieve measurable success at every stage. Conduct multiple high-impact sessions each day, delivering hands-on training and modeling support tailored to client needs.
Develop and refine financial forecasts, balance sheets, income statements, and scenario analyses to align with client goals. Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enhance onboarding workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
Track key outcomes including time-to-value, user independence, and retention, using data to guide client progress and inform internal strategy.
Requirements
- Strong grasp of financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with structured datasets
- Background in SaaS onboarding, financial planning & analysis, or client-facing consulting
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build strong client relationships
- Problem-solving orientation with sharp analytical judgment
- Skill in managing priorities and adapting quickly in a fast-paced environment
