Shape how companies plan their financial future by guiding customers through every phase of their journey with our business planning platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with clients to implement, onboard, and scale their use of the product, ensuring they achieve real business outcomes from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Lead 2–4 high-impact customer sessions daily, combining live modeling, training, and problem-solving to accelerate adoption.
- Design and refine financial models including forecasts, balance sheets, income statements, and scenario planning tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with product and customer success teams to enhance onboarding workflows and improve user independence.
- Track and optimize key outcomes such as time-to-value, retention, and self-sufficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong grasp of financial statements, forecasting, and scenario analysis in real-world business contexts.
- Experience in SaaS onboarding, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or consulting roles.
- Proficiency with SQL and structured data environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment.
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Notion, and Runway.
Work Environment
Work remotely from anywhere in North America with full support for a flexible schedule. We gather quarterly in San Francisco for in-person collaboration and offer optional access to workspaces in San Francisco and New York City. Travel for team meetups is streamlined and supported.
Compensation & Benefits
