What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with enterprise clients to deploy and fine-tune OpenTelemetry instrumentation across diverse infrastructure environments. You'll design and implement tailored integrations, dashboards, and automation tools that help customers fully leverage the Dash0 platform. When issues arise in distributed systems or observability pipelines—especially in Kubernetes and cloud-native setups—you'll lead troubleshooting efforts to ensure stability and performance.
Guide strategic customers through proof-of-concept phases and technical onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption. You’ll also translate customer needs and field insights into actionable feedback for the Product and Engineering teams, helping shape future development. Additionally, you'll contribute to internal tools, reference architectures, and documentation that improve scalability across customer success initiatives.
