Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to assess technical requirements and system environments
- Deploy, configure, and customize software platforms according to client needs
- Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve technical obstacles
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Provide technical training and support to client teams
- Document configurations, workflows, and client-specific implementations
- Monitor deployment health and ensure system stability
- Act as a bridge between customer needs and internal development priorities
- Respond to incidents and support escalations in a timely manner
- Work closely with sales and success teams during onboarding phases
- Adapt solutions to meet regional compliance and operational standards
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and pilot programs
- Gather data to improve product usability and deployment efficiency
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across time zones
- Ensure security and data privacy standards are upheld in all deployments
- Participate in sprint planning and technical design discussions
- Escalate complex technical challenges with clear context and logs
- Support post-deployment optimization and performance tuning
- Contribute to knowledge base and internal documentation
- Stay current with evolving product features and infrastructure updates
