Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments
- Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements
- Diagnose and resolve integration issues during implementation
- Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
- Customize solutions to meet specific customer use cases
- Document deployment processes and configurations
- Assist in post-deployment optimization and monitoring
- Lead training sessions for customer technical teams
- Ensure security and compliance standards are met during deployment
- Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with support teams
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and customer environments
- Contribute to improving internal deployment tooling
- Support incident response and escalation procedures
- Participate in pre-sales technical discussions when required
- Evaluate customer infrastructure for compatibility
- Implement monitoring and alerting systems
- Ensure smooth handover to support and operations teams
- Track and report on deployment metrics and success criteria

- Experience with observability platforms
- Knowledge of Kubernetes operators and Helm
- Background in customer-facing engineering roles
- Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools
- Experience supporting enterprise customers
- Understanding of service-level agreements and support workflows
