About the Role

The role involves working directly with customers to implement, troubleshoot, and enhance software solutions, bridging technical teams and client needs to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Deploy and configure software solutions in customer environments
  • Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements
  • Diagnose and resolve integration issues during implementation
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support as needed
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
  • Customize solutions to meet specific customer use cases
  • Document deployment processes and configurations
  • Assist in post-deployment optimization and monitoring
  • Lead training sessions for customer technical teams
  • Ensure security and compliance standards are met during deployment
  • Troubleshoot production issues in coordination with support teams
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
  • Adapt quickly to new technologies and customer environments
  • Contribute to improving internal deployment tooling
  • Support incident response and escalation procedures
  • Participate in pre-sales technical discussions when required
  • Evaluate customer infrastructure for compatibility
  • Implement monitoring and alerting systems
  • Ensure smooth handover to support and operations teams
  • Track and report on deployment metrics and success criteria

Nice to Have

  • Experience with observability platforms
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes operators and Helm
  • Background in customer-facing engineering roles
  • Familiarity with Terraform or infrastructure-as-code tools
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Understanding of service-level agreements and support workflows
  • Exposure to incident management and postmortem processes
