Responsibilities
- Act as the permanent in-country technical representative, establishing deep integration with government operations.
- Work full-time embedded within the Ministry of Health, functioning as a trusted part of the client team.
- Gain comprehensive, long-term insight into national health data systems, organizational structures, and operational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships across all tiers of the Ministry, from frontline staff to executive leadership.
- Serve as the main technical liaison for all in-country activities, coordinating with internal teams and visiting experts.
- Quickly access, analyze, and integrate diverse data sources such as DHIS2, SCADA, network platforms, and operational databases.
- Identify client needs through rapid prototyping and early delivery of value using proven tools and methodologies.
- Evolve initial prototypes into robust, production-ready systems used daily by ministry staff.
- Ensure long-term success of deployed systems by monitoring usage, resolving issues, and refining based on feedback.
- Measure and report the tangible impact generated by implemented solutions.
- Leverage and master existing product offerings, applying them effectively within the local domain context.
- Record insights, challenges, and successful approaches as reusable knowledge for other field teams.
- Discover and pursue new opportunities for technical engagement and project expansion on the ground.
- Collaborate with ministry personnel to jointly develop solutions and transfer knowledge for sustainable ownership.
- Recruit, identify, and mentor local technical talent to strengthen in-country data capabilities.
- Create training resources and documentation adapted to local language, context, and skill levels.
- Provide continuity between deployment and long-term client ownership, avoiding disruptive handovers.
- Share field insights to enhance core products through structured feedback channels and technical reviews.
- Turn early-stage solutions into scalable, well-documented patterns to accelerate future deployments.
- Ensure at least 30% of product roadmap updates are informed by direct field experience and feedback.
