- Deploy and configure the Mosaic platform within customer environments, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Design integration patterns between Mosaic and enterprise systems such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, and Snowflake
- Act as the technical liaison during onboarding, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams when needed
- Represent customer needs internally, feeding real-world constraints and edge cases into product and engineering discussions
- Contribute code to implementation efforts and collaborate on pull requests for customer-driven features
- Work across time zones and travel as needed to support key deployments and stakeholder meetings

- Strong fluency in Python and experience building production-like prototypes under tight timelines
- Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, backend integration patterns, and enterprise data systems
- Exposure to AI/ML workflows, LLMs, or agent-based systems
- Ability to navigate complex organizations, engaging both developers and business leaders
- Clear, credible communication skills—capable of adjusting depth based on audience
- Proven track record of owning technical outcomes from scoping through deployment
Technology Environment
You’ll work with Python, modern AI orchestration tools, multi-agent architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), enterprise APIs, workflow automation systems, and observability tooling. Integrations may include MuleSoft, Snowflake, and other core enterprise data platforms.
Culture & Expectations
This role thrives in a culture of extreme ownership, rapid iteration, and technical innovation at the edge of applied AI. You move quickly, take initiative, and ensure customer realities directly shape product evolution.
