Responsibilities
- Work closely with enterprise AI teams to design, implement, and scale production-level generative AI observability and evaluation initiatives.
- Lead technical conversations with stakeholders at all levels, from engineering staff to senior leadership, aligning business goals with robust technical implementations.
- Develop tailored integrations, tools, and workflows that enhance the platform to meet specific customer needs.
- Oversee multiple simultaneous customer projects, guiding them from initial scoping to successful delivery while ensuring high technical standards and customer satisfaction.
- Partner across departments including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to shape deployment strategies, inform product development, and increase customer outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of technical best practices, implementation guides, and delivery frameworks for the Forward Deployed Engineering function.
