Responsibilities
- Work with deploying, integrating, and optimizing our product in customer environments.
- Debug and solve complex, real-world problems across infrastructure, APIs, data flows, RPA, and configuration.
- Write clean, pragmatic code to adapt and extend our systems for each unique use case.
- Collaborate directly with clinicians, partners, and our internal teams to remove blockers and make deployments seamless.
- Shape the next generation of our product such that the next rollout delivers more value, more smoothly.
- Continuously identify, automate, and improve the painful parts of deployment so we can scale smarter next time.
Requirements
- Deep love for programming and problem-solving.
- Curiosity that borders on obsession - you like understanding why things work (or don’t).
- A bias toward action - you’d rather get things done than talk about them.
- Comfort working in ambiguity and high velocity.
- A mindset that leans toward ownership, creativity, and future-founder energy.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating or deploying complex products in healthcare.
- Any other language skills than a fluency in English is a plus, especially German.
- Solid experience coding in Python, TypeScript, or C#.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in the web or Windows context.
