About the Role
Design and implement AI-driven workflows that align with enterprise goals, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor, bridging customer objectives with platform capabilities while ensuring security, compliance, and reusability across industries.
Responsibilities
- Gain deep insight into customer business domains, objectives, and performance metrics to inform tailored solution designs.
- Create comprehensive architectures for AI-powered workflows, agents, skills, and system integrations based on industry standards and customer goals.
- Act as a technical confidant to customer stakeholders, building trust and confidence in solution capabilities and outcomes.
- Serve as a liaison between pre-sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure clear, actionable requirements and measurable results.
- Build modular and extensible solutions that support reuse across different clients and industry verticals.
- Work closely with Applied AI engineers to guide implementation, ensuring alignment with architectural vision and high-quality execution.
- Assist pre-sales efforts by collaborating on opportunity scoping, technical requirement definition, and feasibility assessments.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, integration technologies, and business transformation to inform innovative solution design.
- Ensure all deployed solutions meet rigorous standards for performance, security, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years in solution architecture or consulting, with a focus on large-scale, customer-facing software deployments.
- Direct experience with generative AI platforms, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and modern integration methods such as APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
- Solid grasp of customer business drivers and the ability to convert strategic needs into executable technical plans.
- A resourceful problem solver with a growth-oriented mindset, capable of designing scalable and adaptable system architectures.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in using project management tools and methodologies to oversee multiple concurrent solution initiatives and timelines.
- Demonstrated experience in defining, tracking, and delivering against business success metrics such as OKRs and KPIs.
- Professional background in SaaS or enterprise software with knowledge of extensibility and multi-tenant system design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- Advanced degrees or recognized certifications in AI, enterprise architecture, or frameworks such as TOGAF or SAFe are advantageous.
