Hyatt Regency Lake Washington is hiring a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the different functions of the food and beverage areas within the hotel. This role is responsible for elevating food and beverage offerings in all outlets while enhancing the service experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and events.
- Manage the approved budget, concepts, marketing plans, and objectives.
- Implement and maintain Food & Beverage sales and marketing programs.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and quality.
- Exercise quality control for both food and beverage.
- Hire, train, empower, coach, and counsel colleagues.
- Direct the implementation of payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory, and budget for beverage operations.
- Perform daily walk-throughs to ensure full compliance with Department of Health regulations and Hyatt Corporate standards.
- Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met and attend regular operational meetings.
- Recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate relationships with new patrons through effective marketing and personal interaction.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of progressive hotel leadership experience within Food and Beverage.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with guests.
- Proven leadership skills.
- Experience with purchasing and inventories, comprehensive administrative skills, and knowledge of inventory and control.

- Compensation starts at $65,000/year. Actual pay is commensurate with experience.
