Personal Pay is looking for a Focal Point B2B to act as the primary technical liaison for our largest corporate clients within the Focused Support team. You will be the single point of contact for technical escalations and end-to-end incident management, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence. What You'll Do
- Serve as the main technical contact for the client, managing escalations with internal specialists.
- Track incidents end-to-end and keep the client informed throughout the process.
- Interact directly with the client's technical teams (NOC, IT, Security, etc.).
- Manage the technical history and keep service documentation updated.
- Participate in service committees and produce key reports (SLA, TMR, recurring incidents).
- Identify patterns and recurrences, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Pre-sales on changes impacting the client.
What We're Looking For
- CCNA training in progress or completed.
- Solid knowledge of networking equipment: Cisco, Huawei, Juniper, and Fortinet.
- Experience with SD-WAN networks.
- Technical experience in telecommunications, IT, or networking.
- Comprehensive vision of multi-technology solutions (voice, DWDM, data, cloud, security, data center, etc.).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of LTE mobile technologies.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Spectrum, Network Node Management, Cacti, or Grafana.
- Knowledge of DWDM optical technology.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge, especially Arbor Peakflow.
