Responsibilities
- Guide and mentor a team of DevOps engineers within an Agile structure, promoting peer collaboration and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers to define technical roadmaps and align solutions with business goals, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Design and implement architectural-level systems including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, microservices, and serverless platforms using Java, Node.js, or Go, alongside tools such as GitLab CI, Terraform, Helm, Ansible, and Nexus.
- Estimate feasibility, workload, and budget requirements for new technical features and services.
- Build and improve the Software Factory platform by automating application and infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and maintenance on AWS and Kubernetes, using services like EKS, ECS Fargate, Lambda, RDS, and IAM.
- Integrate observability into systems using Prometheus, Grafana, nginx-ingress, and fluentd to ensure transparency and performance monitoring.
- Train and support project teams in implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices, enhancing team-wide technical capabilities.
- Establish and enforce DevOps standards covering code quality, cloud cost governance (FinOps), security compliance (OWASP Top 10, PCI DSS), and best practices.
