Sartorius is looking for a Fluid Management Field Application Specialist to provide critical product expertise and technical support. In this remote role, you will ensure successful product application and implementation by supporting both the sales process and customer activities, from demonstrations and trials to training and troubleshooting.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with account management for customer discussions via product presentations, demonstrations, trials, and application studies.
- Lead customer evaluations and assist in URS analysis and technical responses to position products against application requirements.
- Strategize with Account Managers to generate value-adding customer activities aligned with business needs.
- Support sales target achievement in the defined territory for the assigned product line.
- Support regional marketing initiatives.
- Provide proactive technical support, answer inquiries, and resolve field implementation problems for customers.
- Assist the quality department in complaint resolution by troubleshooting and analyzing customer processes.
- Collect, compile, and analyze product performance data and customer feedback to identify needed feature changes.
- Report on competitor products and provide feedback to application and product management.
- Deliver basic product training to internal sales and dealers, and conduct external customer workshops and seminars.
- Conduct trials and demos, creating professional reports for product management and sales teams.
- Collaborate with interfaces to define trial scope and acceptance criteria.
- Ability to lift 35+ pounds.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in biological/life sciences and/or engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize activities effectively.
- Self-motivated team player.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to effectively interface with product, project, and division management.
Nice to Have
- Bioprocess development knowledge, from bench top to commercial manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Statistics.

Work Mode
