SupportYourApp is hiring a (Fluent Ukrainian) IT Project Coordinator to ensure our projects stay focused and delivered. This role is about providing clarity, removing blockers, and helping small teams move quickly—it’s not a traditional project management role. You will be the central point keeping design, development, and marketing aligned.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate design, development, and marketing teams.
- Own project timelines, prepare for launches, follow up, and unblock team members.
- Act as the bridge between the founder and the team.
- Keep projects focused, organized, and shipped.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in project management or coordination within an IT product company.
- Excellent written English at a B2+ level.
- Proven experience managing small async teams or startups.
- Solid working knowledge of JIRA, Slack, and remote workflows.
- A track record of shipping updates and keeping teams organized without over-processing.
Nice to Have
- Exposure to onboarding/activation flows or real-world edge cases.
- Ability to break work down into shippable, testable chunks.
- A great sense of humor.
