Libertex Group is hiring a Mandarin-speaking IB Sales Manager to join our team remotely. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, promoting our forex products, and providing insightful market analysis to support trading.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Promote forex products and services to potential clients via phone and email.
- Conduct research on market trends and provide insightful analysis to clients.
- Assist clients with account opening and trading forex.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Actively present company products and services to agents, Introducing Brokers (IBs), and customers.
- Increase sales from potential customers and search for agents and IBs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of business development experience in the Forex, FinTech, Crypto, or a related industry.
- Excellent command of Mandarin and English.
- Knowledge of hedging and liquidity products.
- Strong understanding of fundamental product knowledge and market structure.
