SupportYourApp is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager fluent in Ukrainian to join our team in Czechia. You will own growth for Quidget, our hybrid AI support platform, focusing on launching experiments, improving conversion rates, and driving paid acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, product-led environment.
What You'll Do
- Launch and analyze growth experiments, including A/B tests, onboarding flows, and copy changes.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversion rates by optimizing UX, CTAs, and in-app nudges.
- Identify and fix leaks in the marketing and product funnel using PostHog, GA4, and Clarity.
- Own key conversion pages like Pricing, Signup, and targeted landing pages.
- Run and analyze paid acquisition tests on platforms like Meta and Google Search, tracking CPL and ROI.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and marketing teams to execute quickly.
- Share weekly, data-focused growth reports.
- Challenge assumptions proactively and drive an initiative-taking, experiment-driven approach.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth or marketing experience in Product-Led Growth, SaaS, or startup environments.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English proficiency.
- Hands-on proficiency with growth and analytics tools such as PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, or Make.com.
- Practical experience running experiments on UX, pricing, copy, CTAs, onboarding, or funnel optimization.
- An action-oriented, experimentation-driven mindset focused on shipping, testing, and iterating.
- Strong communication skills, including writing clear UX copy and presenting experiment insights.
- Comfort using low-code tools and making basic HTML/CSS adjustments.
- Experience building email flows with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Proficiency in launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta.
