SupportYourApp is looking for a (fluent Ukrainian) Growth Marketing Manager to drive measurable, product-led growth across the entire funnel for our AI SaaS product. You will be responsible for launching and analyzing experiments, optimizing onboarding and conversion, running paid acquisition, and collaborating closely with product, design, and marketing teams.
What You'll Do
- Launch growth experiments including A/B tests, onboarding flows, and copy changes.
- Improve trial-to-paid conversion through better UX, CTAs, and in-app nudges.
- Identify leaks in the funnel using tools like PostHog, GA4, and Clarity.
- Own high-intent pages such as Pricing, Signup, and landing pages.
- Run paid acquisition tests (Meta, Google Search) and analyze CPL/ROI.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing to move quickly.
- Share weekly, data-focused growth reports.
- Be initiative-taking, proactive, and challenge assumptions.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of growth or marketing experience in Product-Led Growth, SaaS, or startup environments.
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
- Hands-on proficiency with growth and analytics tools such as PostHog, GA4, HubSpot, or Make.com.
- Practical experience running experiments on UX, pricing, copy, CTAs, or onboarding.
- Action-oriented, experimentation-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills, including writing clear UX copy and presenting insights.
- Comfort making basic HTML/CSS adjustments and working with low-code tools.
- Experience building email flows using Mailchimp, HubSpot, or comparable tools.
- Proficiency in launching and optimizing ad campaigns on Google Search, LinkedIn, or Meta.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI tools, chatbots, or CX platforms is a strong plus.
