SupportYourApp is hiring a bilingual Customer Support Consultant fluent in French and English to work remotely from Uzbekistan. You will thrive in our multicultural team, responding to customer inquiries and building long-lasting relationships while working with current technology.
What You'll Do
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via email, calls, and chat.
- Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Meet team KPIs.
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information.
- Apply modern customer service practices.
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent French and English skills (C1-C2 for both spoken and written).
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Analytical and research skills.
- Positive, responsible and proactive attitude.
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Experience in technical support.
