SupportYourApp is hiring a Fluent English Technical Support Consultant to deliver outstanding technical support via chats and emails. You will thrive in our multicultural, multilingual, and fully remote environment, troubleshooting complex issues while building deep knowledge of our client solutions.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding technical support via chats and emails
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including Wi-Fi, router, internet, and Bluetooth connectivity problems
- Guide customers in using apps and connecting them to devices
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI targets
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Previous experience in technical support or IT customer service
- Tech-savvy with strong troubleshooting skills
- Specific experience resolving Wi-Fi, internet, and Bluetooth connectivity issues
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer with at least 8Gb of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
