SupportYourApp is hiring an (Fluent English) Infrastructure Support Consultant to deliver exceptional technical support for globally recognized SaaS, Software, and Hardware solutions. You will investigate and resolve complex connectivity and data integration issues, directly contributing to our clients' operational success.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional technical support via calls, chats, and emails
- Investigate and resolve connectivity questions and issues
- Diagnose why systems cannot connect to or pull data from different data platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data flows and integrations
- Maintain documentation and follow established support processes
- Ensure customers' satisfaction with any interaction
- Maintain working knowledge of our client’s products and services
- Securely work with customers’ sensitive information
- Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT companies to identify and troubleshoot technical issues
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English (at least C1 for both spoken and written)
- Understanding of various data platforms, including Microsoft, Google, AWS, Azure, and on-premises databases
- Prior experience in technical support
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot data connectivity issues across multiple environments
- Analytical and research skills
- Customer-oriented and responsible attitude
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
Nice to Have
- Experience with virtual machines (e.g., Ubuntu) running on Kubernetes/k3s
- Knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory
- Familiarity with SSH tunnels and DNS
- Understanding of SSL certificates and SSH keys
- Experience with SMB file servers
- Knowledge of Azure Blob and File storage
- Ability to perform basic SQL querying
- Experience with Box and Google Drive permissions management
- Knowledge of Office 365 APIs and permissions handling
- Ability to execute Kubectl and shell commands
