About the Role
The consultant will deliver technical infrastructure support to clients, diagnosing and resolving system issues, maintaining service reliability, and ensuring smooth operations across diverse IT environments.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in client infrastructure environments
- Monitor system performance and respond to alerts promptly
- Provide remote support for servers, networks, and cloud platforms
- Document incidents and track resolution progress in support systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex problems
- Follow standard operating procedures for incident management
- Assist in maintaining high availability of client services
- Respond to service outages with urgency and precision
- Communicate technical details clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring infrastructure issues
- Support deployment and configuration of infrastructure components
- Ensure compliance with security protocols during troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate records of support activities
- Work across time zones to support global clients
- Adapt quickly to new technologies and client environments
- Deliver consistent service quality under operational pressure
- Participate in on-call rotations when required
- Follow change management processes for system updates
- Assist in testing disaster recovery procedures
- Contribute to knowledge base improvements
