SupportYourApp is hiring a fluent Dutch-speaking Technical Support Consultant to provide expert triage, troubleshooting, and guidance for technical infrastructure issues. You will operate fully remotely from the Netherlands, working within a multicultural and multilingual team environment focused on trust and a people-first approach.
What You'll Do
- Triage and prioritize critical infrastructure issues versus non-critical requests.
- Extract technical data such as error codes, version numbers, and hardware IDs.
- Document incidents clearly and structurally, including steps to reproduce.
- Use logical deduction to isolate faults and perform effective troubleshooting.
- Guide users remotely through physical checks like cabling, power, and LED status.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet defined KPIs.
- Communicate escalation paths and expected response timelines clearly to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Dutch communication skills at C1 level or higher for both spoken and written.
- English language skills at B2 level.
- A minimum of 6 months of experience in a technical support role.
- Hands-on experience with networking, firewalls, and cabling.
- Knowledge of backup systems, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to handle urgent technical issues calmly.
- A personal computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download / 40 Mbps upload).
