Lengow is hiring an FP&A Analyst to join a Finance team undergoing significant transformation. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in strategic decision-making, gain exposure to M&A projects, and operate within an LBO framework.
What You'll Do
- Conduct detailed ARR analysis by segments, including markets, customer types, and channels.
- Monitor key B2B SaaS performance metrics such as Churn, Upsell, Downsell, and Expansion.
- Explain Topline variations during monthly closings.
- Act as a Business Partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and the Sales & CSM teams.
- Manage the full Sales & Marketing cost cycle.
- Oversee Sales Commissions, including calculating accruals and determining payout amounts.
- Actively contribute to the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
- Track variances between forecasts and actuals to identify risks and opportunities.
- Produce cross-functional reporting for our investment fund.
- Contribute to the preparation of Monthly Board Packs and monthly performance reports.
- Support the implementation of standard KPIs in an LBO environment.
- Actively participate in due diligence and the financial integration of future strategic acquisition targets.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in FP&A, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ARR analysis and SaaS performance metrics.
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling and variance analysis.
- Ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders, such as Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience in an LBO or private equity-backed environment.
- Exposure to M&A due diligence and post-merger financial integration processes.
- Understanding of sales commission structures and calculations.
