This role focuses on guiding clients to fully leverage data governance solutions through hands-on support, strategic planning, and continuous feedback. As a trusted advisor, you will manage a portfolio of client relationships in partnership with Account Managers, ensuring alignment with business goals and product capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver day-to-day support to clients, helping them navigate and maximize the platform’s functionality
- Assess client requirements, prioritize needs, and recommend tailored solutions
- Guide onboarding and implementation processes, sharing best practices and practical insights
- Monitor platform usage and satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion
- Strengthen client retention by fostering trust and delivering measurable value
- Respond to technical and functional inquiries with clarity and precision
- Conduct use case analysis and documentation to inform internal teams and client strategies
- Collaborate with Product on user feedback, feature requests, and roadmap input
- Support the development of resources, playbooks, and guidance materials
- Lead engagement in user communities, both virtual and in-person, to share knowledge and drive adoption
- Participate in strategic account reviews to align client goals with product evolution
