DataGalaxy is looking for a Data Governance Consultant to proactively manage customer relationships and ensure satisfaction and success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, address issues, and maximize the value they derive from our platform by providing expert advice.
What You'll Do
- Manage a client portfolio in collaboration with Account Managers.
- Support clients daily in the use of the product.
- Analyze and prioritize client needs.
- Assist with implementation and best practices.
- Ensure client loyalty to increase account revenue through upselling.
- Answer technical and product questions to help clients get the most out of DataGalaxy.
- Evaluate user experience and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to strategic account committees.
- Audit, analyze, and document use cases to provide insights for Product, Marketing, Sales, and clients.
- Monitor platform usage indicators and customer satisfaction metrics to drive retention and account growth.
- Collaborate with the Product team on customer feedback and requests.
- Create and maintain content, deliverables, and best practices.
- Manage and animate the user community through User Groups on-site and virtually.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a customer-facing consulting or success role.
- Strong ability to analyze client needs and prioritize actions.
- Experience assisting clients with software implementation and adoption.
- Ability to answer technical questions and provide product guidance.
- Experience monitoring usage metrics and driving customer retention.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience creating best practice documentation and community content.
