As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of client email campaigns. From initial planning to final delivery, you'll ensure each project moves smoothly through production, meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate on monthly email planning and help shape production calendars
- Turn strategic direction into actionable steps for copy, design, and development teams
- Support segmentation, automation workflows, and campaign architecture
- Step in to assist with strategic planning during team absences
- Oversee email production from kickoff to launch, managing all moving parts
- Coordinate timelines across multiple clients and keep projects on track
- Collect feedback, manage revisions, and guide assets through approval cycles
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks before sends, including links, mobile rendering, personalization, segmentation logic, scheduling, and tracking parameters
- Maintain detailed records of project progress and campaign details
- Monitor performance data across campaigns and automated flows
- Identify trends, highlight successes, and flag areas for improvement
- Share actionable insights with strategists and internal teams
