Next Job Abroad is hiring a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to build an international career in Malta's iGaming industry. You will gain hands-on experience in sportsbook and online casino operations, developing expertise across payments, compliance, fraud prevention, and customer service. Your role is to act as a key contact point for customers and a product expert.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer queries via phone, live chat, and email.
- Manage withdrawals and payment-related questions.
- Process KYC documentation and conduct enhanced due diligence.
- Perform security and transaction checks on customer accounts.
- Collaborate closely with payments, fraud, and compliance teams.
- Analyse customer trends and contribute to internal process improvements.
- Take ownership of cases from start to resolution.
- Contribute to KPIs and service level targets.
What We're Looking For
- Professional fluency in Dutch.
- Experience in customer support, preferably via phone, chat, and email.
- Ability to handle payment processes and KYC documentation.
- Analytical skills to assess customer trends and support improvements.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage cases end-to-end.
- Collaborative mindset for working with cross-functional teams.
