SupportYourApp is hiring a (fluent Dutch) Customer Support Consultant (Thailand, remotely)

Join a global support team that puts people first. As a Customer Support Consultant, you'll deliver high-quality technical and service support to clients across the tech industry, working remotely from Thailand during fixed Central European Time hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide responsive, accurate support through phone, chat, and email channels
  • Develop trusted relationships with customers by understanding their needs and guiding solutions
  • Stay current with evolving technologies, tools, and best practices in customer experience
  • Collaborate with developers and internal specialists to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and meet performance benchmarks
  • Handle sensitive data responsibly, following strict security and privacy standards

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent Dutch (C1 or higher, both spoken and written)
  • Intermediate English (B2 level)
  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing support roles
  • A reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload)
  • A personal computer with at least 8GB RAM
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and strong sense of responsibility

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
