SupportYourApp is hiring a (fluent Dutch) Customer Support Consultant (Netherlands, remotely)

In this fully remote role based in the Netherlands, you’ll provide clear, empathetic support through phone, chat, and email—all in Dutch and English. Your primary focus will be creating positive experiences, understanding client needs, and maintaining secure handling of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries using multiple channels with professionalism and accuracy
  • Develop trust and rapport with users by delivering consistent, solution-oriented support
  • Stay current with evolving tools, platforms, and best practices in customer experience
  • Collaborate with technical teams and cross-functional partners to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products and meet performance benchmarks

What You’ll Need

  • Fluent Dutch skills, both written and spoken (C1 level or higher)
  • Working proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • At least six months of experience in customer-facing support roles
  • A reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload) and a personal computer with 8GB RAM or more
  • A proactive mindset and strong sense of responsibility

Preferred Background

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
