What You'll Do
- Lead live or scheduled online classes using a defined curriculum, ensuring alignment with current CILB exam requirements
- Interact consistently with students to reinforce understanding and track progress
- Clarify technical concepts, including code compliance, construction safety, and financial management principles
- Develop and refine practice exams and study resources to reflect evolving exam content
- Offer practical test-taking strategies and real-world insights drawn from professional experience
- Collaborate on curriculum improvements to address knowledge gaps and enhance student outcomes
Requirements
- Active Florida Plumbing Contractor license required
- Strong command of CILB exam structure and content areas
- Familiarity with current building codes, regulatory standards, and construction workflows
- Experience mentoring learners or teaching technical subjects preferred
