Glanbia Nutritionals Inc. is seeking a Floating Relief Operator to ensure seamless operation of our 640# cheese production floor. This critical role acts as the operational keystone, providing expert coverage for any position as needed and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of all processes and systems in the department.
What You'll Do
- Cover for any position on the 640# production floor, demonstrating proficiency in every role.
- Operate and understand all computer systems required for production and CIP processes.
- Run product samples and determine corrective actions to bring production into required specifications.
- Notify the Cheese Team Leader immediately if product is out of specification.
- Assist with breaks and lunches for all positions on the 640 side to maintain line continuity.
- Assist in training new operators across all relevant areas.
- Utilize GPS processes to drive zero losses and uphold our company's non-negotiable culture.
- Comply with all occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations.
- Adhere to all applicable food safety regulations, including FSMA, SQF, FDA, and PMO.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Assistant Team Leader.
