Allegion is hiring a Fleet & Safety Specialist

About the Role

Allegion is looking for a Fleet & Safety Specialist to ensure the efficient and economical operation of our 1,000+ company-owned or leased vehicles. You'll serve as the primary contact for employees and suppliers, enforcing fleet policy and maintaining critical administrative systems for our corporate fleet.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure cost-effective service.
  • Monitor market activities including supplier changes, program innovations, and new services.
  • Handle the full lifecycle of company vehicles, including acquisition, disposal, inspections, licensing, titles, and insurance.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of equipment and all fleet documentation.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting for management.
  • Resolve routine operational problems related to the fleet.
  • Manage operator requests, policy questions, and day-to-day business needs.
  • Coordinate analysis and identify cost savings or avoidance opportunities.
  • Administer Allegion’s Fleet Safety program and monitor compliance.
  • Track Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and manage safety module assignments.
  • Support monitoring of high-risk drivers and follow up on vehicle maintenance.
  • Utilize and maintain multiple fleet management systems.

What We're Looking For

  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years of progressive responsibilities in Corporate or Government Fleet Administration

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • CAFM certification
  • DOT experience

  • Compensation range: $70,000-$95,000

Work Mode

This position follows a hybrid work model and requires approximately 10% travel.
