Responsibilities
- Working with the key suppliers & service providers to maintain a professional relationship that facilitates cost and service in the best interest of the company.
- Monitor market activities including supplier changes, program innovations and new services.
- In partnership with our FMC, this position is responsible for handling the acquisition and disposal of company cars & trucks, coordinating vehicle inspections, licensing, titles, insurance, safety, accident review, monitoring maintenance schedules, keeping accurate inventory of vehicles, and other activities that support the operations of the equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventories of the equipment and fleet documents
- Developing and maintaining performance reporting.
- Resolving the routine problems that arise in the normal course of business related to the equipment.
- Manage requests, conflicts with equipment operators on policy questions, and day to day business needs
- Coordinate Analysis for management and others
- Identify cost savings or avoidance opportunities
- Responsible for administering Allegion’s Fleet Safety program.
- Track that MVRs are in FMC system
- May manage safety module assignment
- Tactically support the monitoring of high-risk drivers to enable issuance warning letter
- Vehicle maintenance follow up
- Monitor and identify out of compliance drivers
- Utilize and upkeep of multiple fleet systems
- Other duties as may be required.

Requirements
- High School diploma is required
- 1-3 years of progressive responsibilities in Corporate or Government Fleet Administration is required
- In depth knowledge of financial terms and principles relating to Fleet Services leases & Purchases
- Strong aptitude for all aspects nationwide fleet operations including cars, light truck, medium duty trucks, service vans, decaling upfitting and ancillary equipment and fuel purchasing practices
- Knowledge of insurance practices, risk management and collision repairs
- Analytical, strategic and creative thinker in developing and presenting financial analysis as a basis to establish and position negotiations
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent organization, administration, and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- CAFM certification is preferred
- DOT experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation
The expected Base Salary Range: $70,000-$95,000. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law..
