Responsibilities
- Deliver customized one-on-one training sessions aligned with individual fitness objectives, physical capabilities, and medical considerations.
- Instruct group workouts including but not limited to strength conditioning, high-intensity interval training, yoga, pilates, cycling, water-based exercise, and mobility programs depending on certified expertise.
- Carry out fitness evaluations and advise participants on correct exercise execution, movement efficiency, and strategies to avoid injury.
- Ensure the training space remains hygienic, hazard-free, and conducive to active participation.
- Coordinate with wellness and athletic staff to organize class timetables and fitness-related special events.
- Monitor client development and offer regular input to support ongoing advancement and program adherence.
- Represent the facility with professionalism, timeliness, and high-quality customer engagement.
