Responsibilities
- Create and implement a targeted sales strategy focused on fire departments and public safety agencies
- Locate, engage, and convert new clients for annual physical assessment programs for firefighters
- Oversee the entire sales process, from first contact and demonstrations to finalizing agreements
- Establish and nurture ongoing relationships with fire department leaders, union officials, and local government authorities
- Collaborate with clinical and operations staff to ensure smooth service implementation
- Develop customized proposals, respond to RFPs, and present solutions aligned with department requirements
- Monitor and record sales efforts, deal progression, and key performance indicators
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry guidelines, including NFPA 1582 and occupational health standards
- Participate in sector-specific events, conferences, and exhibitions to identify prospects and promote visibility
