Responsibilities

• Perform extensive data input tasks as a core function of the role
• Review scanned documents, including handwritten records, and transfer information into digital spreadsheets
• Organize digital files through consistent renaming and proper folder placement
• Access and navigate federal and state government systems to retrieve and verify records
• Ensure ongoing adherence to national firearms regulatory standards
• Carry out firearm trace requests in accordance with legal protocols
• Safeguard sensitive employee records through accurate maintenance of confidential tracking documents
