Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and organize documentation for fire alarm systems and related compliance records.
- Verify the accuracy and current status of all documents, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with technical staff to collect required documentation and resolve specification details.
- Handle the submission and monitoring of permits, proposals, inspection reports, and certification documents.
- Support the creation of reports and perform data input tasks using Google Sheets, Docs, and similar office software.
- Keep digital filing systems and document archives organized and up to date.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or documentation roles within construction, engineering, or fire alarm system environments.
- Skilled in using Google Workspace applications such as Docs, Sheets, and Drive, as well as Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel.
- Demonstrated ability to focus on precision and complete tasks independently with little oversight.
- Effective communication abilities and solid time management practices.

- Background handling documentation specific to fire alarm systems is highly beneficial.
