RemoteVA PH is hiring a Fire Alarm Documentation Specialist to manage and organize critical documentation related to fire alarm systems. You will ensure all compliance paperwork is accurate and up-to-date, working within a fully remote team.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, manage, and organize fire alarm system paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with client standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather necessary documentation and clarify specifications.
- Submit and track permits, proposals, inspection reports, and certificates.
- Assist in report generation and data entry using Google Sheets, Docs, and other office tools.
- Maintain digital file systems and documentation archives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in documentation or admin work related to construction, engineering, or fire alarm systems.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with fire alarm-related paperwork is a strong advantage.
