Sarmad is hiring a Fintech Senior UX Designer to design user-centered experiences for our financial technology products. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and create engaging, effective, and intuitive design solutions.

What You'll Do

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and understand user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement user flows, information architecture, and UI aesthetics.
Design user-centered interfaces that align with the overall product strategy and business goals.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other designers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and fintech.
Mentor junior designers and share knowledge to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in UX design.
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and successful project outcomes.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools.
In-depth knowledge of usability principles, user research methodologies, and design best practices.
Excellent visual design skills with an understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
