The Senior Product UI/UX Designer will guide the design of digital products from concept to execution, focusing on user needs and scalable solutions. This role requires close coordination with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to deliver intuitive, accessible, and consistent cross-platform experiences.
Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity Figma designs for interfaces, ecommerce features, and marketing landing pages, including responsive behaviors, transitions, and interactions, ensuring assets are ready for development.
- Produce wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes for new features, concepts, and platform components.
- Carry out user research and analyze behavioral data to identify user needs, pain points, and preferences.
- Conduct usability tests and feedback sessions to enhance the quality of the user experience.
- Support and evolve the design system by defining requirements for reusable components and patterns that ensure brand consistency and scalability.
- Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and ensure visual and functional consistency across all platform interfaces.
- Work with developers to verify technical feasibility and support accurate implementation of design elements.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure user experiences support business goals.
- Iterate on designs using insights from analytics, user feedback, and evolving behaviors.
- Design responsive interfaces optimized for mobile, desktop, and tablet devices.
- Promote accessibility and inclusive design practices across all digital touchpoints, adhering to European compliance standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UI/UX and Product Design, with a focus on digital and ecommerce products, backed by a portfolio showcasing design expertise, precision, and problem-solving ability.
- Strong prototyping skills with the ability to execute designs accurately from concept to completion.
- Expertise in Figma, including creating, organizing, and managing design systems.
- Experience handing off design tasks to engineers and a commitment to close collaboration for high-quality implementation.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and fundamental front-end development concepts.
- Interest in and awareness of ecommerce trends and user behavior patterns.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 and EAA.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-changing environment.
