Sarmad is looking for a Fintech Senior In-app Illustrator to create visually engaging illustrations that enhance the user experience within our financial technology applications. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and developers to create illustrations that support brand identity and resonate with users.

What You'll Do

Create original illustrations for in-app use, including icons, characters, and visual narratives that guide users.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to develop visual storytelling elements that enhance user engagement.
Generate design concepts and draft illustrations that effectively communicate key messages in fintech products.
Work with product teams to ensure illustrations align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user interface.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for various projects.
Iterate on feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve illustrations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in illustration and UX design.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience as an illustrator, preferably with a focus on in-app or digital products.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of illustration styles and applications.
Proficiency in illustration software such as Adobe Illustrator, Procreate, or similar tools.
Understanding of UX principles and how illustrations can enhance the user experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create illustrations that are both visually appealing and functional.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Nice to Have

Experience in the fintech or tech industry is a significant advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
