GFT Technologies SE seeks a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the design of complex digital solutions. You will be responsible for the independent creation of UX artifacts and translate business requirements into products that are visually engaging, innovative, and functional across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.
What You'll Do
- Perform independent design work on complex solutions.
- Focus on usability, accessibility, and the look & feel of the product.
- Be responsible for the information architecture of the design solution.
- Translate business requirements into required UX artifacts.
- Create visually engaging, innovative, and functional products for mobile, web, and desktop.
- Understand the balance between business, design, IT, and users to serve the best UX/UI solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience designing applications for web, desktop, and mobile.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design.
- Ability to refine existing ideas and generate new ones to craft the right user experience.
- Exceptional skills in Adobe XD, Figma, FigJam.
- Very good knowledge of English.
- Ability to conduct the entire UX process independently and work closely with business stakeholders of various seniority.
- A portfolio containing various UX artifacts (e.g., personas, user journeys, sketches, wireframes, high-fidelity designs) for complex solutions.
