About the Role

Position Title: FINRA Marketing Compliance Professional Type: Hourly, Non-Exempt, Full-Time, On-Site, In-Office Provides support to Investor Relations and RIA Channel teams, serving as a key intermediary with the Corporate Marketing Department to synchronize and implement marketing initiatives, materials, and their corresponding compliance for all communication channels. Craft and implement innovative marketing strategies targeting investor and RIA partner acquisition and engagement, encompassing email campaigns, digital outreach, conference presentations, newsletters, and strategic paid media approaches for organization-wide and segment-specific initiatives. Guarantee strategic alignment with business objectives and market positioning. Design compelling collateral materials including presentation decks, executive summaries, informational sheets, periodic updates, and resources that authentically represent the organization's distinctive values and propositions. Collaborate on digital platform strategy to ensure content, design, and functionality effectively support organizational goals and user experience requirements. Manage development and implementation of marketing campaigns designed to drive meaningful engagement and deliver measurable outcomes through prospect and client performance metrics. Coordinate with Executive leadership, Marketing, and Investor Relations to ensure communication consistently reflects organizational strategy, stakeholder insights, and market positioning. Maintain awareness of emerging AI marketing trends, critically evaluating potential implications for client experience and engagement. Continuously monitor industry dynamics, competitive landscapes, and evolving marketing technologies. Strategically apply insights to enhance marketing approaches and establish competitive differentiation. Proactively identify opportunities to integrate innovative tools, platforms, and methodologies to optimize performance. Rigorously ensure all marketing communications and disclosures maintain strict compliance with regulatory frameworks (SEC, FINRA). Track marketing tool performance, utilization, and profitability, driving continuous improvements to meet established key performance indicators. Job Requirements: Mandatory expertise in marketing Reg D or 506(c) private placements with comprehensive content compliance understanding of Rule 2210. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related discipline. Minimum five years of proven marketing leadership within regulated financial services, banking, insurance, or wealth management sectors. Demonstrated experience working with RIAs, family offices, or alternative investment platforms. Comprehensive understanding of investment products, particularly Reg D investments, and industry regulatory frameworks. Proven track record managing marketing agencies and establishing team accountability mechanisms. Proficiency with media planning tools and analytics platforms. Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities. Capacity to prioritize diverse investor and customer perspectives throughout decision-making processes. Highly self-motivated, adaptable professional capable of thriving in dynamic, rapidly evolving organizational environments.
