BidMachine is hiring a Customer Success Manager / Account Manager

About the Role

The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Conduct regular business reviews and account planning sessions
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to management
  • Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Manage customer onboarding and training processes
  • Conduct customer health checks and risk assessments
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies
  • Participate in customer feedback and satisfaction surveys
  • Provide input on product development and feature requests
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Facilitate customer advisory board meetings
  • Develop and deliver customer success presentations and reports
  • Identify and mitigate potential customer churn risks
