Farmers Insurance is looking for a Financial Services Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for life and financial services for customers in an assigned region. You will provide customers and leads with financial reviews to increase adoption of Farmers life and third-party financial products, building awareness of services and following up with interested individuals.
What You'll Do
- Conduct financial reviews and assist customers in selecting life and financial products to meet their financial goals.
- Develop and deliver financial plans for customers.
- Host monthly educational seminars with third-party providers.
- Engage current customers with targeted marketing to introduce wealth management services.
- Conduct individual check-ins and follow-ups and promote the services of qualified Farmers Financial Services Agents (FSAs).
- Stay updated on industry knowledge by meeting with product providers and attending conferences on topics like tax laws and technology.
- Partner with underwriting to resolve not-in-good-order issues and service customer accounts.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- SIE, Series 6 or 7, Series 26 or 24, and Series 63 required, upon hire.
- Series 65 license, within 90 days of hire.
- 5+ years of experience in conducting financial reviews, placing business, and servicing accounts.
- Experience with high volume cold- and warm-calling customers regarding life insurance or financial services.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC).

- Compensation ranges vary by state. Example ranges include: CA Only: $91,350 - $154,990; CO Only: $85,800 - $133,980; WA Only: $85,800 - $163,125.
