About the Role

Radiant Financial is looking for an experienced Financial Services Administrator to join our Client Servicing team. You will ensure all administration for life, pensions, and investment submitted business is effectively managed to completion in a timely manner, meeting all service levels.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare MiFID costs & charges statements
  • Establish professional relationships with clients, striving to deliver a level of excellence
  • Process letters of authority, ensuring all documents are uploaded
  • Prepare updated client Portfolio Reports for Review Meetings
  • Book and confirm Review appointments
  • Monitor the company inbox and take incoming calls

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent understanding of the financial planning process
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills
  • Proven experience in an IFA Financial Services Administration role
  • Proficient IT skills, including basic spreadsheet and database knowledge
  • Good planning and effective organisational skills
  • Honesty and integrity
  • A methodological approach to work
  • Strong written and verbal English literacy skills
